Scope, Cost, Feasibility

  • Analyze partner needs and feasibility for partner learning.

  • Evaluate cost for additional travel: Will there be opportunities for billable events, or will these all be considered partner & sales support?

  • Weigh time & people resources: Do PLT members have the bandwidth in their schedules to add these expectations; Can we work with what we already have scheduled?

  • Training resource needs: Is there an area of internal training that needs to be developed?
