Evaluate plan for possible bumps in the road such as schedule conflicts, absent team members, alternate learning opportunities if Plan A falls through, expenses, and changes in school partner needs
Scope, Cost, Feasibility
Analyze partner needs and feasibility for partner learning.
Evaluate cost for additional travel: Will there be opportunities for billable events, or will these all be considered partner & sales support?
Weigh time & people resources: Do PLT members have the bandwidth in their schedules to add these expectations; Can we work with what we already have scheduled?
Training resource needs: Is there an area of internal training that needs to be developed?

Share plans with each team member during weekly 1:1 meetings with leadership team representative & reiterate in weekly team meetings.
Allow time in one team call for PLT partners and groups to review calendars and schedule shadowing events.

Over the Spring semester, PLT pairs will complete shadowing events and provide feedforward.
Adjustments will be made and schedules adjusted as needed.
Track & Manage
Updates will be recorded on a private Google form that will be seen by PLT leaders and me. This will allow for honest feedback to be shared, while guiding revision and course changes as needed.
